TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit for a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Westport, Mayo.

month to month contract
Full time:
35 hours, Monday to Friday 9-5
Pay rate:
€ €26.52 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience
Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to teams.
Minute taking at monthly CTM meetings.
Processing referrals on healthlinks and ensuring they are going to the correct disciplines.
Processing referrals and setting appointments for the team.
Assisting with filing and archiving under the correct format and GDPR regulations.
Maintaining efficient office practices.
Providing switchboard support by answering the phones and directing queries to appropriate disciplines.
Responsible for management of outgoing and incoming post.
Responsible for room bookings and ensuring the rooms are set up adequately.
Photocopying and scanning.
Liaising with building security for building deliveries or issues.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Experience in minute taking during meetings.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Previous clerical or administrative experience is desirable.
