We are seeking a skilled Commercial Catering Engineer to install, commission and maintain commercial catering equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge and be proficient in diagnosing faults.
Job Responsibilities
1. Install, commission, and maintain commercial catering equipment including ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers and other kitchen appliances.
2. Undertake maintenance, servicing, installation, and repair work according to client specifications.
3. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults with a focus on first-time resolution.
4. Produce accurate service reports, installation documentation, and client paperwork.
* Minimum of 7 years experience in the commercial catering equipment industry.
* Full clean driving license.
* Fluency in English is a must.
* Prior experience with commercial refrigeration is a significant advantage but not essential.
* 20 days of annual leave.
