We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team based in Limerick:
This is a hybrid role with a dual focus:
Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to driving local marketing initiatives for the Irish market — understanding local customer needs, increasing brand awareness, and generating demand in close collaboration with the local sales team.
The remaining 50% will be focused on global initiatives, where you’ll contribute to the marketing of our core solutions and play an active role in supporting our strategic alliances with key global partners. This includes helping to shape joint messaging, campaigns, and co-marketing efforts that reinforce Zetes’ position as a trusted partner worldwide.
Your role will be to:
* Market intelligence and prospection: Segment our key markets, identifying the top and secondary target companies and contacts covering all solution areas. Perpetually develop and execute programmes to grow our contact base and put in place processes to ensure high-quality customer and prospect information is maintained at all times in our CRM.
* Annual Plan: Working with Corporate Marketing and your Country Manager, lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, objectives and measures in line with agreed activities and budget. Report progress and outcomes to the Country Manager and Corporate Marketing.
* Content creation: Working with local colleagues to produce high-quality reference case study material, written, video and presentation form. Actively work and collaborate with other marketing managers across the Group and Corporate Marketing to create compelling content and marketing programmes.
* Events: Working with Corporate Marketing and the Country Manager, develop and organise a calendar of seminars/events/webinars from A to Z.
* Press Relations: Identify and target local media outlets to secure coverage, utilising advertising, networking, and strategic partnerships.
* Monitor & track results through the management of a local marketing dashboard of marketing activities and contribution to the sustained growth of the business.
* Management of partners and suppliers: Establish a relationship with our partners to negotiate local marketing development funds (MDF) in view of joint marketing activities.
Knowledge, experience and skills:
* Min. 8 years relevant marketing experience (from industry preferable), both traditional and digital marketing mix
* Proven ability to deliver brand profile and demand generation campaigns
* CRM management – Preferably Salesforce.com
* Working knowledge of digital enablement tools such as Google Analytics or Matomo, and marketing automation - Eloqua preferable
* Proven track record in B2B companies - Preferably software solutions experience and/or technology
* Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
* Communicative, assertive and customer-oriented personality
* Strong organisational skills
* Result-driven, reliable, and accurate in analysis and reporting.
* Inquisitive and ready to learn by asking.
* Experience in managing budgets.
