An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Greenkeeping Team at the prestigious Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort, recently honoured as Golf Resort of the Year at the 2023 IGTOA Conference & Gala Golf Awards and listed among the Top 100 Greatest Golf Courses in the UK & Ireland for 2025/26.
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated full-time and part-time Greenkeepers for immediate start to support the ongoing development and maintenance of our two championship golf courses, Druids Glen and Druids Heath, each offering a unique and world-class experience.
About The Courses
Druids Glen, known as the "Augusta of Europe", is a stunning parkland course designed by Peter McEvoy and Jeff Lynch. After recent upgrades, it features elevated conditioning and playability, balancing beauty and challenge.
Druids Heath offers golf in its purest form with sea breezes, mountain views, and rolling countryside, creating a links-style experience in a scenic, tranquil setting.

Role Responsibilities
- Daily maintenance and presentation of Druids Glen and Druids Heath
- Assisting with course development and conditioning
- Operating and maintaining machinery and irrigation systems
- Collaborating with an experienced team
What We're Looking For
- Experience in golf course or sports turf maintenance (desirable)
- Strong work ethic and high standards
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and shifts
- Passion for golf and outdoor work
Duties
The successful applicant will be involved in all facets of golf course maintenance, including mowing, course setup, bunker maintenance, topdressing, turfing, drainage, aeration, fertilization, chemical applications, mulch bed, and woodland maintenance.
