We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support to our teams on a short-term contract This role is focused on delivering an excellent employee experience through responsive, customer-focused IT support. Skills & Experience
To be successful in the role, you need:
* 5+ years experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
* Strong troubleshooting skills and genuine desire to help people
* You love helping people, troubleshooting and providing top-notch support for technical issues and solutions
* Experience supporting Mac and Windows environments
* Experience with SaaS systems, integrations, user management, and SSO
* Exposure to information security systems and best practices
* Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking ( routing, firewalls, VPNs etc )
* Knowledge of hosted productivity and communications applications, for example, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and the ability to help employees with their use.
* You love what you do, you're eager to learn and improve, and excited about technology and the future of the Internet
* Comfortable working independently while keeping stakeholders informed
The following are a bonus
* Prior experience with Addigy, JumpCloud, or similar MDM/identity platforms
* Understanding of cloud networking
