Accounts Administrator
Location: Office-based
Hours: 25 hours per week, worked over 5 days (flexible start and finish times)
Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and organised Accounts Administrator. This is a part-time, office-based role suited to someone who is comfortable managing a small office environment and supporting both accounts and project administration functions.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
8. Managing incoming phone calls and general enquiries
9. Data entry and maintenance of office records
10. Logging and processing invoices
11. Preparing and assisting with payment runs using Sage
12. General office administration and clerical duties
13. Supporting the Projects department with administrative tasks, including:
14. Health & Safety documentation
15. Tender returns and related paperwork
16. Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required across the business
Skills & Experience Required
17. Previous experience in accounts Administration
18. Experience using Sage accounting software and advantage
19. Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently
20. Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
21. Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
Desirable
Familiarity with project administration, health & safety paperwork, or tender processes
