Store ManagerLocation: Stephens Green, DublinSalary: €31,200 per annumHours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7Our client, a well established arts & crafts store based in Stephens Green and we are currently looking to recruit a Store Manager to join our team as soon as possible.The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the day to day running and overall performance of the store. This is a hands on role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Main duties and responsibilities• Overall responsibility for the profitability and efficient operation of the store• Staff management including recruitment, training and performance management• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations• Ensuring a courteous and professional customer service is provided at all times• Achieving agreed sales and margin budgets• Maintaining store presentation to the highest company standards• Timely reporting of relevant information to management and meeting agreed admin schedules• Advising and assisting management on strategies to further develop the business• Liaison with Centre management• Any other duties which may reasonably be allocatedThe Ideal Candidate• Previous retail management experience• Strong leadership and team management skills• Proven ability to achieve sales targets• Highly organised with good administrative ability• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Flexible and available to work 5 days out of 7If you are interested in joining a well established business in a prime city centre location, we would be delighted to hear from you.Please apply with your CV outlining your relevant experience.
