The Role of a Regional Director in Social Care
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Regional Director, responsible for overseeing services in various areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care, with experience in senior management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies for continuous quality improvement initiatives.
* Maintain stakeholder relationships and build trust within the community.
* Create high-performing teams through effective leadership and management.
* Optimize operational efficiencies and drive innovation within the organization.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years' experience at senior management level in social care, as well as a QQI Level 8 in Social Care or a relevant qualification with management experience. They will also be eligible to work in Ireland.
Requirements

* Minimum of 4 years' experience at senior management level in social care.
* Previous experience in establishing new services and drafting policies.
* Demonstrable passion for delivering high-quality services to individuals supported.
* Experience managing large volumes of staff teams.
* Eligible to work in Ireland.
