Administrative Coordinator for Construction Projects
This role serves as a vital support position within an organization, providing assistance to both office and site teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Rendering administrative support to office staff, site managers, and project teams.
* Maintaining documentation, records, and filing systems in line with company standards.
* Supporting the implementation and upkeep of internal systems and administrative controls.
* Liaising with construction site teams to facilitate timely receipt and processing of required project information.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering or construction projects, preferably with utilities experience and working within the road corridor.
* At least 3 years' experience in a construction or engineering administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
