Sales Lead HVAC, Refrigeration & Service Contracts
We are expanding and are now seeking an experienced Sales Lead to support the continued growth of our HVAC and refrigeration division who is hungry and motivated to deliver,
This is a field-based role, focused on building strong, long-term relationships with end users, facilities teams, consultants, and commercial clients. You will play a key role in generating service and maintenance contracts, small to medium projects, and repeat business through consistent, professional engagement.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
• Proactively develop new business through face-to-face meetings and site visits
• Promote air conditioning, refrigeration, product sales and service & maintenance contracts / solutions
• Identify client needs and recommend practical, value-driven solutions
• Secure new contracts and contribute to a consistent sales pipeline
• Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Represent the company professionally in the market at all times
This role is hands-on, outward-facing, and requires someone who is comfortable being on the road and engaging directly with clients.
