Operations Manager Role
We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to oversee the daily hotel operations and ensure a seamless service across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
* Work with senior management on budgeting, targets, and strategic planning.
* Lead and motivate departmental managers and staff, supporting training and development.
* Drive sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and company standards.
* Deliver exceptional guest experience at all times.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years' experience as an Operations Manager in a busy 3*/4* hotel.
* Strong knowledge of food & beverage, sales/events, and hotel systems.
* Proven track record in people management and achieving operational targets.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
