Our culinary team is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This key role involves assisting the Head Chef in managing daily service and preparation, while ensuring exceptional quality and consistency throughout all dishes. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience as a Sous Chef, with excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. A pivotal member of our food service team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety & hygiene, stock counting and menu planning.
