We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Administrator to join our team in the Naas area. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who enjoys variety in their day from handling customer communications and managing warehouse administration to stepping in on the warehouse floor when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to warehouse operations

2. Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders, manage inventory, and generate reports
">
3. Liaise directly with customers and transport providers to coordinate logistics and resolve queries
">
4. Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and stock documentation
">
5. Support stock control, dispatch scheduling, and order tracking
">
6. Operate a forklift when required (loading/unloading or assisting the warehouse team)
">
7. Evaluate and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
">
8. Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

9. A strong administrative background, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment
">
10. Confidence using WMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
">
11. Excellent communication and customer service skills
">
12. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
">
13. Able to work on own initiative and manage multiple tasks
">
14. Forklift license - Reach (or willingness to train)
