Warehouse Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious warehouse leader to manage the daily operations of our logistics facilities.
This key role is critical for the smooth functioning of our business, ensuring high levels of service, efficiency, and cost control.
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team
* Oversee staffing, workflows, equipment utilisation, and facility capacity
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardise best practices across all sites
* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics operations, a background dealing with third-party suppliers, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be proficient with operational systems, reporting tools, and technology used in logistics environments.
