**Job Title:** Senior Field Service Technician
This role involves providing on-site technical support to various locations, prioritizing and managing service desk calls, troubleshooting hardware faults, and establishing strong working relationships with clients.
About the Role
* Provide on-site technical assistance to users within a designated geographical area
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, referring to external experts when necessary
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients
* Manage generic accounts and profiles, assist the networks team as required, and provide broadband site support
* Liaise with user broadband suppliers and network support teams to troubleshoot system problems
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in an IT Support environment
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and report writing skills
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
* A proven ability to organize work and interact with stakeholders professionally
* A third-level education qualification is preferred
Working Arrangements
* 35 hours per week as an agency employee
* Based in Dublin 8
