About the Role
Our client in Galway is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer. This full-time contract position requires a 40 hour workweek.
Your Skills and Expertise
* 10 years of experience in full stack software engineering, with a strong focus on designing scalable solutions.
* Critical thinking skills, along with a drive for personal and professional growth, coupled with active participation in technical and design discussions.
* A well-grounded understanding of Agile software development practices.
Your Technical Experience
* Experience with API design, development, and Microservices architectures involving technologies like Java, REST, GraphQL, and NodeJS.
* Hands-on experience with Angular, Vue, or React JS frameworks.
* Proficient with server-side languages and related ecosystems including Java EE, Apache Tomcat, Spring MVC/Spring Boot, Logback, SLF4j, and Maven.
* Solid background in client-side programming including JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, and RxJS.
