Our Deluxe Castle Resort in Leitrim is seeking a skilled and energetic individual to oversee the smooth running of our hotel operations. This role would suit a food & beverage manager or operations professional looking to progress in their career.
About the Role:
* We are looking for an experienced resort operations manager to lead our team and ensure seamless service throughout the hotel.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling costs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and implementing standard procedures to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and control costs, including purchases, stocks, payroll, and margins.
* Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
* Liaise with department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
* Conduct regular systematic appraisals of managers and supervisors to identify areas for improvement.
* Be available at all times to assist and provide support to staff as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
