The 5* College Green Hotel Dublin, Autograph Collection (part of the MHL Hotel Collection and Marriott International) has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our hotel.
Role: HR Co-Ordinator
Reporting to: Human Resources Manager
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities
* Process new starters, leavers and employee changes through our HRIS Alkimii
* Prepare and submit accurate payroll setup documentation
* Conduct employee inductions and organise lockers, badges and access cards
* Complete weekly filing and maintain organised HR records
* Prepare HR documentation and support the HR Manager with administrative tasks
* Post recruitment advertisements and support candidate tracking
* Maintain absence, disciplinary, leave, award and visa trackers
* Update the internal HR system (Alkimii) with employee details
* Communicate birthdays, anniversaries and employee milestones
* Support policy and procedure implementation
* Take and type notes for investigations, grievance and disciplinary meetings
* Assist with employee reward and recognition programmes
* Support employee engagement and culture initiatives
* Carry out additional duties as needed
* Provide day-to-day support to the HR Manager
