They are currently working on a large residential development consisting of both housing and apartments and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team.Your new roleAs a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You'll manage subcontractors, coordinate with suppliers, and liaise closely with the project team to maintain progress and quality. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping landmark developments while working with a respected name in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all day-to-day activities on site, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.Implement and enforce health & safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and toolbox talks.Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestonesMaintain accurate site records, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to the Project Manager.Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and local authorities regarding site matters.Ensure efficient use of labour, materials, and equipment while controlling costs.What you'll need to succeed5+ years experience in a Site Management position.Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, planning laws, and health & safety standards.Familiarity with modern construction methods and sustainable building practices.Ability to lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors.Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders.Relevant construction or engineering qualification (e.g., degree, diploma, or trade certification).Valid Safe Pass and other required site safety certifications.What you'll get in returnYou will join a reputable Irish developer in the delivery of leading, high-class projects.
