Inside Sales Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical support role within the IVD Division, driving business growth, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring operational excellence.


* Sales Support & Lead Generation:
1. Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital campaigns.
2. Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate customer and opportunity data.
3. Support the Territory Manager in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.


Customer Engagement & Account Management:


1. Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

2. Buiild strong relationships with existing accounts to identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities.


3. Monitor customer satisfaction & escalate issues to relevant teams when needed. ,,//i/i,
