Full-time, Permanent position as a Pharmacy Sales Assistant
Candidates need a minimum of 3 years community pharmacy experience, strong work ethic and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Greet customers, provide prompt information, and offer advice on a range of products.
* Sales: Sell and advise on over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, complimentary medicines, and beauty/grooming products.
* Product Knowledge: Have strong knowledge of all products available for sale within the pharmacy.
* Stock Management: Order stock, manage inventory, and handle administrative duties such as till reconciliation at end of day.
* Merchandising & Maintenance: Perform general merchandising and ensure work areas are clean and tidy.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a community pharmacy environment.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and other staff members.
* Demonstrated commitment to quality service.
* Honesty, integrity, and an strong understanding of confidentiality.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
