Purchasing Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced purchasing professional to join our team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be at the heart of our manufacturing operations.
About The Job
* We are looking for a skilled purchasing administrator who can support our day-to-day procurement activities, stock control and supply chain coordination.
* You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and accurate delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Raise and manage purchase orders to support manufacturing demand.
2. Coordinate with internal departments on procurement of materials and overhead spend.
3. Run MRP processes in SAP to ensure orders are met On-Time In-Full (OTIF).
4. Maintain high data accuracy within SAP to support forecasting and planning.
