Overview
Our client, located in Ballymount in D12 is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to join their team on a temporary, week-to-week basis.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
There is potential for this position to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Promote the company and all its products and services
Liaise Engineers, Business Development Managers & Customers.
Receive and respond effectively and take responsibility for customer calls and emails identifying source of problems and assigning appropriate Engineer
Deal with all customer requests i.e. reports and certification etc.
Manage Customer contracts, initiate and change where required
Plan and schedule contracted maintenance/ reactive/ commission work in accordance with maintenance agreements and customer requirements
Manage the purchase order requests, sales orders and invoicing processing engineers work report
Handle schedule changes and resolve conflicts promptly
Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems
The Person
Requirements
Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles preferred
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or scheduling software
Flexible and available for week-to-week assignments
