Nature's Best is seeking a dedicated and skilled Ingredient Sourcing Specialist to enhance our technical team. This role is ideal for someone with an agronomy or produce background who thrives on connecting the field to the factory, ensuring that only the highest-quality raw ingredients make it to production.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with growers to guarantee top-quality crops for Nature's Best.
* Serve as the primary link between suppliers and our production and quality teams.
* Provide on-the-ground support when supply or quality issues occur.
* Oversee compliance with crop protection and pesticide regulations.
* Lead supplier visits and build strong, proactive grower relationships.
* Support quality assurance and production teams with technical expertise and training.
* Train QA and production staff across shifts on ingredient specifications and challenges.
* Keep suppliers and customers updated on supply, quality, and specification changes.
* Contribute to product development and marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure only the best produce reaches consumers.
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the fresh produce industry.
* Familiarity with retail food quality and safety standards.
* Proven ability to build effective relationships with both suppliers and colleagues.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to lead technical discussions.
* A proactive team player who can also work independently.
* Full driver's license and flexibility for regular travel.
* Spanish language skills are a distinct advantage.
Travel Requirements
This position requires frequent travel across Europe—primarily to the UK, Spain, and Italy—sometimes at short notice. Candidates must be comfortable with a mobile, hands-on working style.
