Job: Production Support Manager- Private Equity Funds
Location: Dublin
Job specification:
Reporting to the Head of Private Markets Accounting, the successful candidates duties will include:
* Daily Operations Management: oversee and coordinate the production workflow for 200+ private Equity funds
* Performance and KPI management: define, track and report on team KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality standards
* Stakeholder coordination: Act as primary point of contact for the Client Service Managers regarding deliverables and timelines
* Assist in various ad hoc projects in fund administration
* Technology & Automation Initiatives: Partner with technology teams to identify automation opportunities and support system enhancements that improve efficiency.
Attributes required:
* Business related third level qualification
* 5+ years relevant experience
* Completed or currently completing a relevant professional qualification, ACCA, ACA, CAIA etc.
* Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail
* Computer literate and competent with MS Word and Excel
* Ability to act on own initiative
* Proven experience in managing operational teams and KPIs
