Hybrid - 3 days office.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in commercial discussions across all aspects of the business from a finance perspectiveAll FP&A duties and partnering with teams across the businessSupport the negotiation, monitoring and ultimate collection of trade and commercial terms withManage the finance team to ensure it is appropriately structured, resourced, motivated, organised and developed to ensure reporting is timelyFocus the finance team on value add and business partnering to support other brand teamsLead the annual Budget cycleDevelop, and maintain dashboards, and performance metrics/KPI’sDefine company-wide metrics and relevant data sources and develop strategies for effective data analysis and reportingOversee analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyse customer dataEstablish best reporting system for website and e-commerce analyticsSetting and monitoring KPIsRequirements / QualificationsQualified chartered or ACCA accountant with minimum 5 years PQEComing from a commercial finance/ Business Partner roleMust be coming from retail or FMCG sectorExposure working with multiple sites within group companysExperience in designing, building, and using dashboards and KPI’s to analyse business performance, highlight areas for improvement and opportunities for growthWhat’s on Offer125k with bonus and benefitsHybrid
