The Role
As a Program Manager III within the Delivery Team, you will be responsible for managing customer projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will collaborate closely with System Engineers on your projects and cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. You should be a self‑starter who strives for excellence in all that you do.
Responsibilities
Accountable for the successful execution, management, and delivery of customer projects, ensuring adherence to scope and schedule.
Create, maintain, and update project plans, tracking all tasks, milestones, risks, and issues throughout the delivery process.
Manage and own all projects for four customers, taking full ownership from initiation to completion.
Lead all customer communication, fostering close working relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
Track customer‑facing tasks to ensure visibility and accountability, providing innovative solutions to challenges encountered during project execution.
Understand all Everseen software use cases, guide customers through them, and support user acceptance testing.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver projects within agreed scope and timelines, engaging product development, implementation, and support teams.
Coordinate reporting with sales, customer success, and data teams; use historical project data for accurate forecasting and decision‑making.
Assist in coordinating system performance analysis, ensuring successful integration and functionality of customer systems.
Create and coordinate Jira tickets to track internal project tasks and maintain project updates in Salesforce.
Translate customer requirements into actionable features for technical teams.
Support ongoing management of deployments and upgrades, ensuring timely and scoped deliveries.
Collaborate with customers to test and validate new features, gather feedback, and work with Product Teams to incorporate improvements.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer delivery role.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet objectives on time.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools such as JIRA; experience in dynamic, iterative environments.
In‑depth understanding of the Everseen solutions.
Strong initiative and adaptability, proactive self‑starter capable of handling multiple initiatives concurrently.
Curiosity and interest in technology solutions at a high level, staying updated with the latest developments.
Ownership and accountability, driving project outcomes and fostering a no‑blame culture.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and meticulous documentation.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, project kick‑offs, or related activities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
