* Maintain accurate stock levels of fast-moving items.
* Provide timely and competitive quotes to customers.
* Resolve day-to-day enquiries and provide effective communication with customers.
* Participate in part sourcing and collecting parts from local suppliers.
* Contribute to general administration tasks as required.
* Process and manage customer orders from initial enquiry to delivery.
