What You Will Be Responsible For
Leadership & Culture
Inspire, mentor, and lead a large, creative team within a high-performance, luxury environmentFoster a polished, professional culture aligned with exceptional service standardsOversee recruitment, development, and performance management across all levels
Operational Excellence
Ensure the seamless day-to-day running of a busy, high-end salonMaintain exceptional standards across every client touchpointContinuously refine systems and processes to support efficiency and excellence
Commercial Performance & KPIs
Take full ownership of sales performance, revenue growth, and key business KPIsDrive a strong retail culture, ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team sales targetsAnalyse performance data, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to exceed targetsOversee stock control and inventory management with a commercial, results-driven mindset
Client Experience

Who You Are
5+ years’ experience in a senior management role within luxury hospitality, premium retail, or high-end beautyA commercially driven leader with a proven track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIsHighly experienced in managing large teams, with strong HR and performance management expertiseCalm, composed, and decisive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentExceptionally detail-oriented, organised, and standards-drivenPassionate about luxury service, client experience, and business growth
