The Group Commercial unit englobes the Sales, Relationship Management, Client Services, Marketing, and Product Development teams of IQ-EQ.
Group Commercial is the department responsible for the retention of our existing client base in coordination with the rest of the Group, and responsible for overseeing business growth efforts on behalf of IQ-EQ.
One of our key objectives is to grow our profitable portfolio of clients, manage the existing relationship, building long-term relationships, and to ensure the full satisfaction with the services received from IQ-EQ.
This role focuses on supporting the global head of the segment and managing the day-to-day operations essential for the segment's success.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategy implementation, tracking key performance indicators, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders and staying up to date with industry developments are also integral to the position.
What you'll do
You'll provide comprehensive support to the Global Head of Segment, managing daily operations, project oversight, reporting obligations (GMT/GSB), and delivering high-quality presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
You'll champion continuous business improvement initiatives, driving productivity, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to design and implement marketing, sales, and operational strategies.
You'll deliver actionable business intelligence and strategic insights, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to empower segment leaders and inform sound decision-making.
You'll oversee financial management and compliance, including budget control, forecasting, risk mitigation, and adherence to legal and regulatory standards while safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
You'll build and maintain strong global relationships, fostering stakeholder engagement, supporting Alpha/Ebury partnerships, and ensuring consistent quality and collaboration across regions.

Qualifications
About you
You build effective relationships and leverage executive connectivity, political acumen, and deep knowledge of IQ-EQ product offerings to identify and exploit new opportunities.
You demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, networking, and negotiation skills, while remaining results-driven, adaptable, resilient under pressure, and creative in problem-solving.
You apply strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills with initiative, drive, and enthusiasm to deliver impactful outcomes.
You possess technical expertise in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
You uphold integrity, professionalism, compliance, and conduct awareness, with a solid understanding of corporate governance frameworks.

N.B.
This role would suit someone who is exceptionally organised, a clear communicator, naturally inquisitive, and keen to build knowledge, contribute, manage their workload, keep projects running smoothly, and support our Segment Director.
It also requires strong experience in creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations, along with providing polished, executive-level presentation support.
