Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing projects from start to completion
Planning and scheduling works to meet deadlines
Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers
Ensuring projects stay within budget
Ordering materials and managing logistics
Conducting site visits and inspections
Maintaining high standards of health & safety
Liaising with clients, consultants, and senior management
Producing progress reports and documentation
Solving on-site issues quickly and effectively
Ensuring quality control at every stage
Requirements
Applicants must have:
Proven experience in construction or trade-based project management
Full, clean driving licence
Valid Safe Pass
Manual Handling certificate
EU/EEA passport or valid right to work in Ireland
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Solid understanding of site operations and trades
Problem-solving mindset
High attention to detail
