Assistant Manager
Operating hours are 9am - 9pm (7pm on weekends) so no late nights
We have an exciting opportunity available for a superstar Assistant Manager who is ready to grow their career.
As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for efficiently running your shift.
* You will promote teamwork and a great customer experience
* You will ensure food quality and presentation is of a high standard
* You will maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant in both customer facing and back of house areas
Position Duties
This key role includes the following responsibilities:
* Leading team members in efficient day to day shift operations
* Ensuring great-tasting, high-quality food is served and exceptional customer service is maintained at all times
* Monitoring portion control and maintaining stock levels for meal periods
* Assisting in the training of new team members
* Assisting with managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
