Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?We are looking for a confident and driven Team Leader to join our Burnfoot site, someone who can lead by example, inspire others, and deliver results in a fast-paced production environment.In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding production teams, managing daily operations, and ensuring project-based production of electrical switchgear and associated products meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership capabilities, influence production performance, and continue building your career within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.Key responsibilities:Provide daily leadership and direction to production teams, ensuring alignment with site and company objectives.Drive performance and maintain standards consistent with company expectations for all employees and contractors.Manage resources, schedules, and manpower to achieve production targets and meet customer deadlines.Support first-line management duties, including coaching, training, and performance assessments.Foster a positive, motivated team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Uphold high standards of Health & Safety and promote best practice across the site.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within production.Please note the above duties and responsibilities are not intended to be an exhaustive list.
