Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to management teams and/or relevant departmental functions, ensuring efficient task planning and allocation. They will also be responsible for updating individual risk management plans, managing health-related appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing daily briefs and tasks for the team
* Managing and booking health-related appointments
* Updating individual risk management plans
* Maintaining accurate records and files
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
* A qualification at NFQ level 6 or above in healthcare or a related discipline
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in written communication, including report writing
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Administrative experience and proficiency in IT skills
