**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our client's team in Limerick. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in training content, systems, and programmes.
About the Project:
We have a great contract available for an L&D Specialist to play an integral part in developing site training content and systems/programmes for this manufacturing site. Your main responsibilities will include supporting activities related to designing, developing, and managing training materials curricula learning plans that align with business functions.
You will be expected to assist in creating and managing various documents according to company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as well as producing reports from Learning Management Systems. Training compliance adherence must also be met alongside other key duties such as qualification management support.
Key Skills Required:
* Relevant Third-Level Qualification
Years of experience working within GMP Manufacturing environments preferably including knowledge about cGMP regulations if applicable so please do indicate whether familiarized or not before applying.
