The Senior Construction Coordinator will oversee all commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion. This role involves conducting site visits to validate progress and supporting contract administration.
Job Description:
* Manage all commercial aspects of projects including preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
* Prepare and review cost estimates, tender documentation, measurement and valuation of works
* Assist with cost control, reporting, budgeting
* Liaise with site teams, subcontractors & suppliers
