What You'll Build
Have the opportunity to work closely with SAP's Fortune 500 customers.
Deliver both onsite and remote services from the Premium Engagement and Success Plan portfolio, advising customers on SAP's Best Practises to achieve Customer Success.
Work on analysing and optimising core business processes for your respective functional area. Deliver functional or technical root cause analysis and provide solutions.
Act as believed advisor to customers and guide them through their implementation projects.
Support services/deliveries across MaxAttention, Active Embedded, Max, Advanced and Mission Critical Support (escalations & task forces, MCS Backoffice) including Design Evaluation, Gap Validation, Performance Optimization, Assessment, Technical Integration/Validation, Empowering trainings/workshops and Engineering Services.
Assume the role of De-Escalation Architect for mission critical or business down scenarios.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline.
Strong business acumen, customer facing experience, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
7+ years of experience in APO PPDS and experience in S/4HANA e-PPDS.
Implementation experience where you have conducted workshops and acted as key member in designing and developing PP/DS Solution on APO or S/4 HANA.
Understanding of ERP/S4HANA Production Planning Execution. Knowledge of integration topics; Core Interface (CIF).
Technical and functional know-how of overall manufacturing processes and a high-level understanding of SAP solution offerings and deployment options around Supply Chain Management.
Experience with Planning processes and various related industry experience such as Discrete/Process/Repetitive is an advantage.
Experience or knowledge in integrating ePP/DS solution with SAP IBP and/or S/4 core PP is a plus.
Candidate should be familiar with APO PP/DS vs. S/4 HANA PP/DS data model, integration and functionality differences.
Knowledge on advances of PP/DS capabilities such as MRP live, Fiori apps, Flexible Constraints, Flexible Integration, Production planning optimizer in S/4 HANA is an advantage.
ABAP debugging skills, Advanced ATP, APO gATP knowledge is a plus.
Alternatively, 5+ years of experience in any of the IBP modules; IBP Inventory Optimization, Demand, S&OP, Response&Supply, DDMRP, Integration tools CI/DS, Real-time integration (RTI).
Hands on experience with IBP configuration, planning area, Master data attributes, planning levels, key figures modelling experience, planning operators and algorithms (heuristics/ optimizer), copy operators.
Hands on experience in IBP UI’s – excel/planner workspaces modelling.
Understanding of advances in IBP such as AI topics is a plus.
Understanding of overall planning processes using IBP, ability to gather business requirements and translating them into solution designs and implementations.
SAP IBP Certifications are a plus.
