The Relationship Director is responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with corporate and individual clients in Ireland.
This role bridges the bank's offerings and clients' needs, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success. Key responsibilities include:
* Establishing client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance
* Conducting research on industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive environments
* Designing tailored solutions addressing client needs and objectives
* Communicating value propositions and negotiating terms beneficial to both parties
Additionally, the Relationship Director will provide guidance on financial decisions, offer expert investment advice, and assess financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships.
Requirements for this role include:
* Experience in business development and growth in non-bank financial institutions (NBFI) sectors
* Knowledge of complex Corporate Banking product suites
* Strong understanding of fund finance and subscription line/capital call facilities
* International experience and fluent business English
* Leadership and management skills
