We're looking for a proactive and organised Buyer / Stores Person to join our clients on-site team supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
This is a hands-on, full-time role where you'll manage everything from purchase orders to stock control — working closely with site technicians and the on-site Account Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Manage purchase orders from request to delivery using ERP systems.
Maintain accurate stock levels, perform cycle counts, and organise the stores area.
Liaise daily with suppliers and internal teams to meet production needs.
Support reporting, cost saving, and continuous improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and site quality standards.
What You'll Bring
Experience in purchasing, stores, or supply chain.
Strong attention to detail and confidence with ERP systems and Excel.
Great communication and problem-solving skills.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
