Company DescriptionReactive Property Maintenance is Irelands largest, business to business property maintenance company, with 20 staff and growing, we service commercial properties and large residential landlords in Ireland. We are a growing company with annual growth of about 20% per year.Job descriptionWe are seeking a Scheduling & Customer Service member to join the team for dealing with general calls, emails and assist in organizing & scheduling repair appointments and queries related to our field staff and clients.Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):Some experience in a property maintenance or construction would be desirable but not essential.A reasonable knowledge of route planning and scheduling in Ireland.You're proficient with MS Outlook & Word and can interpret an Excel spreadsheet whilst being comfortable learning new software.Dealing with customers and clients buy phone and emailRequired Skills and Qualifications:You're passionate about providing excellent customer service.You're a self-starter who takes initiative and delivers results.Excellent communication skills.Attention to detail is an absolute mustExcellent problem solving skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectivelyFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesAbility to work under pressureGood working atmosphere in the companyRole: Fulltime (Mon to Friday)Office BasedHours: 8:30am to 5pmStarting Pay: €36,000 pa or €692 pwJob Type: Full-timePay: From €36,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsOn-site parkingSick payExperience:Construction Industry: 1 year (required)Language:English & Written English (required)Fluent English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In personApplication deadline: 03/10/2025Expected start date: 03/10/2025
