Responsibilities
Leading, coaching and developing General Managers and restaurant teams across your district
Driving sales, profitability and operational performance across multiple sites
Building a strong people-first culture focused on engagement, retention and development
Supporting the growth and expansion of Wingstop across the Republic of Ireland
Ensuring consistently high standards across customer experience, food quality and compliance
Using commercial insight and operational data to identify opportunities and improve performance
Creating succession plans and developing future leaders within the business
Partnering with senior leadership to support strategic growth plans across the market
Qualifications
Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role within QSR, hospitality or fast-paced retail
A strong track record of driving operational and commercial performance
Passionate about people development, coaching and building high-performing teams
Strong understanding of P&L management, KPIs and operational standards
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Highly organised, adaptable and solutions focused
Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience managing multiple locations
