We provide advice on:
Strategic planning and opportunities
Pre‑application advice and support
Acquisition, development and project finance
Environmental Impact Assessments and application review
Controversial matters – appeals, judicial reviews, High Court proceedings
Post‑consent strategic advice
Permitting – IED, MCP, Environmental Permitting Regulations
Role and key responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and motivated senior lawyer who is hungry to learn, can build strong client relationships, and is determined to succeed. You will gain exposure to national work in Ireland with support from a wider network and will mentor junior colleagues. Marketing and business development will also be part of your duties.
Key responsibilities include:
Handle your own matters with appropriate supervision
Pro‑actively engage in business development and training
Collaborate with sector specialists across the firm to grow business
Provide planning and environmental advice on real estate, energy and corporate transactions
Deliver both external client training and internal colleague training
Skills and experience
Relevant post‑qualification experience ranging from 3 years to Senior Lawyer level
Strong technical skills, commercial acumen and excellent academic qualifications
Ability to analyse complex facts, distil key issues and persuade with logical reasoning
Exceptional client service skills, both internally and externally
Exposure to client, counsel and expert relationships is desirable
Experience in business development, training and client‑acquisition is desired
‘Can do’ attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
