Responsibilities
* Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on technical specifications and engineering drawings.
* Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce precision parts.
* Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
* Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using precision measurement tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
* Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, tools used, and inspection results.
* Adhere to all safety standards and practices while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
* Stay current with advancements in CNC technology and programming techniques.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a precision machining environment.
* Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and CAD/CAM software.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
* Proficiency in operating various CNC machinery, including mills and lathes.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Familiarity with quality control processes and ISO standards is a plus.
