We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to become ambassadors for Waterford City & County.
As a Waterford Welcome Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to:
Give a warm welcome to visitors.Promote Waterford's unique culture and heritage.Provide information about local amenities and events.Offer recommendations and directions for points of interest.Assist visitors with exceptional customer service.Volunteers are expected to commit to a minimum of 12 months.
An induction training session is mandatory before starting, with additional training opportunities available throughout the season.
