We are looking for a Part-Time Temporary Administrator to join our client's team in Malahide on a 10-month contract.
This is a Part-Time position for 3 days per week.

Key Details Start Date: 22nd September Duration: 10 months Schedule: 3 days per week (on-site) One of the working days must be a Wednesday Rate: €16 per hour Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the team Manage correspondence, filing, and data entry Support scheduling, coordination of meetings, and document preparation Assist with software tools, including floorplan management systems Ad-hoc administrative duties as required Ideal Skills & Experience Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills Experience using Adobe Sign (or similar platforms) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and task prioritisation skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good IT knowledge and ability to quickly learn new software Additional language skills are an advantage Skills: administration excel IT
