Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to support key areas across the employee lifecycle.
This role involves managing absence processes, supporting recruitment from advertisement to onboarding, delivering and supporting employee engagement initiatives and events, participating in employee relations processes, and maintaining HR records and trackers.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Officer role, be proficient in MS Office and HR-related systems, highly organized with strong attention to detail, CIPD-qualified or working towards (advantageous), and previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing (advantageous).
