HR Administrator Location: Dublin 2 Contract: 3-Month Temporary Assignment (Temp to Perm) Reporting to: Head of Human Resources We are currently seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our clients HR team on a 3-month temporary basis with strong potential to become permanent. Based in Dublin 2, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across HR operations while supporting key people processes and projects. The Role The HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR department, working closely with HR colleagues, employees, and senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries and assist with the smooth delivery of core HR activities. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries via the HR inbox, responding promptly and escalating where appropriate Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including candidate screening and preparation of documentation Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics, supporting HR data and analytical projects Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance at all times Assist with policy reviews, HR research (including legislation, benefits, and regulatory updates), and annual HR initiatives Support internal HR communications across departments Maintain confidential records, including vendor contracts and agreements Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including ad hoc projects as required Requirements Minimum of 1 years experience in a HR administration or generalist role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy when handling data Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with employees and senior stakeholders Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to work Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Please submit your CV to Anne Marie in Lex Consultancy today.
