In this role, you will help generate new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers through outbound outreach including calls, emails and social channels
Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
Understand customer needs and determine sales readiness
Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in the CRM system
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support pipeline growth
What We're Looking For
1–3 years' experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with good time management
Self-motivated and comfortable working to targets
Experience selling software or technology solutions
Familiarity with CRM systems and SaaS sales processes
Location & Travel
This role is primarily based in our Cork office, which serves as the main location for the position.
We are also open to considering candidates located near our Dublin office.
The position follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week onsite and two days remote.
Occasional travel may be required depending on business needs.
