Job Description
This role sits at the heart of the HR team, providing trusted partnership to leaders, managers and employees. The HR Business Partner will work closely with stakeholders to advise on HR policies and processes, including recruitment and employee lifecycle touch points.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise key stakeholders on HR policies and processes, including recruitment and employee lifecycle touch points.
* Pro-actively help stakeholders solve immediate and complex problems.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues to facilitate solutions and ensure outputs are met.
Requirements
* A third-level degree in HR or a relevant discipline is required.
* The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant HR experience working in an HR department/role.
* CIPD Accreditation or eligibility is also essential.
The HR Business Partner will be part of a team that designs, implements, measures and reviews HR projects to bring a more efficient HR service across the organization. They will own, manage and report on HR projects, designing end-to-end solutions and championing change and transformation.
