DescriptionThe key purpose of the role is to support the management of compensation and benefits processes in operation across the organisation. The role will also support the development and delivery of our employee recognition program and processes across the daa group.ResponsibilitiesSupport the management and delivery of compensation and benefit processes across the Group, including the administration of annual pay processes. Management and delivery of all benefit plans including pension, risk benefits, health insurance, including management of renewal processes and third-party relationship management.Provide guidance and support to the business as a subject matter expert and consultant to the business, HRBPs and HR Centres of Excellence. Independently provide advice and guidance in relation to individual employees in respect of Reward related queries.Support the development of an employee recognition reward program and the ongoing administration and engagement on same.Responsible for the submission of compensation and benefits surveys, acting as the main point of contact with third party providers. Support the communication of our Total Reward offering, with a focus on delivery of Total Reward Statements. Support business readiness for the introduction of pay transparency legislation and the compliance with obligations under same and the ongoing management thereafter. Oversight and responsibility for maintenance of our Career Framework structures within our HRIS (Oracle platform), ensuring accuracy in data quality and reliability within our HRIS, to support Reward related activity, reporting and analysis.Oversight and management of the internal team budget. QualificationsMinimum of 5 years' experience in a related role. Third-Level Degree in a related discipline. Working knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and career frameworks. Exposure to full range of reward activities, including pensions, risk benefits, private medical insurance is preferable Excellent relationship management skills and experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Builds strong working relationships and thrives in cross-functional teams driving business objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with a positive disposition and resilient under pressure.Seeks ownership, responsibility and is proactive in approach. Strong attention to detail combined with a high degree of accuracy.Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information.Can use own initiative and work independently and efficiently
